Shipping & Delivery

In the UK, all goods are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and we will normally dispatch your order within 2 working days of purchase. International orders are sent by courier and normally delivered within 7 days of purchase within the EU and 14 days internationally.

Privacy & Security

Our online credit card processing is secured with 128 bit encryption under a Thawte Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate. The English version of that is that your personal and financial information is protected. We go a step further to protect you from fraud by requiring that you enter the CVV2 or CVC2 security code printed on your credit card. This is a 3 or 4 digit number that is printed on your card, unlike the account numbers that are embossed. Requiring this information prevents anyone who may have obtained your account number and expiration date from actually processing an order on your card. You actually need your card in front of you to refer to the code and process an order.

Tracking Orders

We will notify you at each stage of the order process: when an order is complete, payment is taken and when the order is shipped. If you create an account with us during checkout you will also be able to login to the site at any time to track the status of your current order and see previous order details.

Returns & Replacements

All items can be returned within 28 days for a full refund if they have been unused or damaged. We will refund or replace any goods that are faulty on delivery but you must notify us of the fault within 7 days of receiving the item. You must contact us in advance by email to notify us of returns and we are not responsible for items that you send that are lost so we recommend that you use Royal Mail’s recorded delivery or a courier.
